You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Service Usage
Our Service allows you to purchase mobile data, airtime, and pay bills. By using our Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Not use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system or network.
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
5. Payments & Transactions
All payments made through our Service are processed securely. By making a payment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete payment information.
- Accept responsibility for any charges incurred through your account.
- Acknowledge that prices are subject to change without notice.
- Understand that once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed except in specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are only issued if:
- The service paid for was not delivered and we confirm this.
- There was a duplicate charge for the same service.
- The transaction was fraudulent (subject to investigation).
To request a refund, contact our customer support with your transaction details. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SmartConnect Nigeria Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
- Any content obtained from the Service.
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
